Way to pay
When placing the order, the CLIENT can freely choose to pay for the purchases made by bank transfer via ACH or through the YAPPY application of Banco General. In the case of payments by ACH and YAPPY, the company WILL NOT MAKE ANY DELIVERY UNTIL THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND IS AVAILABLE IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT.
In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, THE COMPANY reserves the possibility of requesting a CLIENT for a specific form of payment in the event that the identity of the buyer is not credibly proven.
Form, Expenses and Delivery Times
The COMPANY only makes deliveries in the Republic of Panama.
THE COMPANY sends orders to its CUSTOMERS in Panama City through different transport companies that operate in the national territory or through its own delivery cars.
Shipments outside of Panama City (after the Bridge of the Americas, Interior and Colón) will be sent with a Transport Company (example Transporte Speed Logic, S.a. Transportes Ferguson, Fletes Chavales, Transporte Donaldo Guerra, among others). The COMPANY reserves the right to choose the Transport Company. The CLIENT must appear at the branch of the Transport Company in his city to withdraw his order. The COMPANY will previously send you the guide number for the withdrawal of the order.
The COMPANY may charge an additional cost for Shipping Costs. This will be clearly indicated in the Shopping Cart at the time of ordering.
The COMPANY reserves the right to cancel any order and return the amount paid in the event that any delivery site is inaccessible or it is not possible for us to coordinate a delivery to that location.
The delivery date will depend on the payment method used and the location of the CLIENT.
The estimated delivery time is as follows:
24-48 Hours for Panama City
48-72 hours outside of Panama City (Interior and Colón).
For ACH Payments the delivery time could take an additional 24-48 hours depending on the time it takes for your funds to be available in our bank account.
For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the delivery time begins to run from the next business day at 8:00 am.
However, delivery times can be altered by extraordinary incidents that may occur.
